The KDSF JB Communication Workshop, happening on July 12 – 13, 2025 (Saturday & Sunday) at the KDSF JB Centre, is open exclusively to parents of KDSF JB Centre. This workshop is designed to empower parents with practical strategies to support their child’s communication and behavior.

Through a series of interactive sessions, parents will learn and practice six key techniques to grow their child’s vocabulary and encourage communication using speech, sign, and/or assistive tools. In addition, the workshop introduces the Antecedent-Behavior-Consequence (A-B-C) approach to help parents better understand and manage their child’s behavior.

Parents will engage in discussions, role-play, and hands-on activities guided by experienced facilitators and staff. Each family is encouraged to bring 1–2 sets of toys and children’s books to enhance participation.
